Director

Shekar has an extensive experience of over two decades in the real estate sector and serves on the board of companies in varied industries, such as construction, design, BIM technology, and IT. He has built diverse and driven teams throughout his career and with his business acumen, Shekar lends his expertise in strategy and introducing game-changing technologies to the industry.

Siddharth Kandra (B. Arch Honors, IIT Kharagpur)
Director

Siddharth is focused on business strategy and is passionate about design. With the belief that all projects should be meaningful, utilitarian, adaptable and financially sustainable especially in their post-construction life cycle, he combines his strategy, financial and design expertise to make uniquely relevant contributions to the built environment.

Akhila Adusumilli (B. Arch Honors & Minor in Economics, IIT Kharagpur) Head – Operations

Akhila is a seasoned Strategy and Ops professional with 9 yrs of experience. She worked with top management of Divis (Nifty 50), Brookfield, Elemental Realty, GITAM University, and PRECA. Dedicated to sustainable project development, she excels in generating new ideas, leading projects to successful completion by managing challenging deadlines.

The driving force behind Sambi Group, Venkat Sambi is the  founder of Sambi Pharma, a pharmaceutical research organization; and Sambi Sciences, a bulk drug manufacturing facility. Venkat, in his capacity as a Director at Urbansky Developers, focuses on overall strategy, business development and land acquisitions.

Sowjanya Inala (B. Arch, M.U.R.U.P, IIT Roorkee)
Head Projects

Sowjanya Inala is an Architect and Urban planner at heart, using her specialization in macro-level feasibility analysis and seamlessly integrating it with spatial planning and micro-level design. She leads the team at Urbansky to design, deliver and materialize these designs on-site.
